We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the shipping?
- We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
- Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. For any additional returns from the same order, 4SGD for service and the fee will be deducted from your refund for each return as the return label fee.
Return multiple items from different orders in the same package
If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.
How do I make a return?
- Sign into your Liber account.
- Find the order in My Orders , click the "Return Item" button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
- Please prepare your return item and pack it carefully, then drop the package off at any collection point you find.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Please note that customized items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
Important Notice:
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
- Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Liber products.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact LIBER Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee are non-refundable.
